Shape bass character without losing the direct signal
What it does
Bass Driver One combines a drive stage with selectable Clean and Growl character, a three-band Low/Mid/High tone section and a Blend control. That combination lets you add processed character while retaining some of the original bass signal.
In practice
Start with a restrained Drive setting and blend in more processed tone until the bass has the presence you need. Use the EQ to position it against kick drum and guitars, then adjust Output or Auto Gain to compare the result at a sensible level.
